Amanda T Both of my daughters go to Shaker peds and I absolutely love all of the doctors! We see Dr. Hetrick and Dr. Sherwood but have seen every Doctor at one point for sick visits etc. Dr. Hetrick truly cares and listens to concerns. She and Dr. Sherwood are both very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I highly recommend!Amanda T

A M We absolutely love this practice. The receptionists, medical assistances, NP and MDs are wonderful. They are always very prompt when I call with questions regarding a sick babe, etc and for non urgent matters the email patient portal is superb. We also have never had to wait more than 5-10 mins in the waiting room.A M

We have been going to Shaker Pediatrics for almost 10 years. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I use the portal when I have questions or concerns and they are SUPER quick to get back to me. I have never sat more then a few minutes in the waiting room for an appointment.
