6 months	Flu Shot of age. First season of vaccination 2 doses 1 month apart. Then annual vaccine every fall.

12 months	Hib MMR Pneumococcal-15 (must be over 12 months of age)
15 months	Hep A Varicella
18 months	DTaP
2 years	Hep A (must be berfore 2nd birthday)
4 years	Kinrix (Polio, DTaP) MMR/V (must be after 4th birthday)
10 years	TDaP (must be after 10th birthday)
11 years	HPV (Gardasil)
11 years	Meningococcal ACWY (must be after 11th birthday)
16 years	Meningococcal ACWY (must be at least 16 years)
17-18 years	Meningococcal (Men B)
