Shaker Pediatrics follows the Immunization Guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Center for Disease Control. We believe that children should receive the recommended vaccines per these guidelines. Vaccination is one of the best ways parents can protect infants, children, and teens from potentially harmful diseases that can be very serious, may require hospitalization, or even be deadly.
In addition, flu vaccine is recommended yearly for all children 6 months and older.
