  • Well Appointments

Did you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.

Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office at least 3 months in advance. You can schedule up to 1 year in advance with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Telephone

You may speak to a nurse Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

If you wish to speak with a provider, one will return your call that day. Urgent calls will be handled promptly.

For renewal of medications, please call during regular office hours and you will be connected to our prescription line.

Please call  1 week before your prescription runs out. We need at least 48 hours notice for all refills.

After hours, calls should be limited to urgent problems that cannot be handled during regular office hours.

Our answering service will refer your call to a nurse from our triage service.  There is always a pediatrician on call if the nurse is unable to answer your question or in an emergency situation.

  • No Show Appointments

We do charge for no show appointments. You will receive you a phone call or a portal message to remind you of your missed appointment and to reschedule. There will be a service charge of $25.00 applied to your account each time an appointment is missed after the first no show.

If no show appointments become excessive, you will be at risk of being asked to transfer your child's(rens) medical records to another office.
