After Hours
On-Call Providers
We take calls 24 hours a day, please call 518-783-5563.
Other after-hours calls should be limited to urgent problems that cannot be handled during regular office hours. Our answering service will refer your call to a nurse from our triage service.
There is always a pediatrician on call if the nurse is unable to answer your question or in an emergency situation. If your child does require emergency care, our office would recommend that you use Albany Medical Center.
Emergencies
If an emergency should arise, please call 911.
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
