Dr. Ambros is a native of Poland. She graduated from the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow in 1982. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Morristown Memorial Hospital, affiliated with The Columbia University College Of Physicians and Surgeons in 1988. She has been certified by The American Board Of Pediatrics since 1987.
Dr. Ambros joined Shaker Pediatrics in 1991 after relocating from Maryland where she worked for the Johns Hopkins Health Plan for 2 years. She is a member of The American Academy Of Pediatrics and The Capital District Pediatric Society.
Dr. Ambros resides in Slingerlands and is the mother of 3 children. She enjoys art, traveling and gardening.
